Thank you for a WONDERFUL stay on holidays. Whatever you need is this newly furnished and fashionable room with big Windows, a normal separate bathroom plus nice furnishings. The decoration is modern.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic city centre location with all Linz has to offer on the doorstep. Rooms are not massive but immaculately appointed, would reccomend to anyone and will definitely use again.

Excellent art-deco hotel with modern and new furniture. Great services, decent breakfast.

Beware if you travel with US debit cards only, the hotel will not be able to process them. If such problems arise, you can always pay cash after a quick visit to some local ATMs.

It was just an appropriate option for a transient stop in Linz with good value. The staff was nice enough and helped arrange a quick taxi. Consider checking out the local supermarket for better drink options.

The hotel felt very open & clean, with very modern internal design giving it a real 21st century appearance. The staff were always considerate & friendly, and usually smiling. There was a computer available in the foyer for the use of all guests - I found that most helpful. Air conditioning in the bedroom was a god-send, especially on the 7th floor where it can become exceptionally hot !

Had a cracking time! The room was spotless, and staff were dead friendly, always willing to help. Just a short walk to town, like. Only thing was the breakfast could've had a bit more choice. Will come again for sure!

Arte hotel has a perfect location. Just walk over the bridge, and you're in the old town. The modern, clean vibe of my standard double room was refreshing. The staff's communication on my arrival day was a nice touch. Great for solo travelers and a solid value overall.

I went to Linz to see ARS electronica festival,so Spitz Hotel is very good loction to go ARScenter in about 5min.and also near shopping area over bridge in about 10min. Stuffs were very kind and had hospitalities and good smiles,almost every stuffs ware so. and there are nice Space Design and goods in the room,also Good ART(mine was about lentos-museum) !
